Before you write
- Bug reports: say which game (RS3/OSRS), which page or item, and roughly when it happened — that's usually enough to find it in the logs.
- Account & privacy requests (deletion, data export, "what do you have on me?"): email from the address your account is registered with, so we know it's you. See the privacy policy for what we store.
- Ideas and feedback: always welcome. The roadmap is long but real.
What we can't help with
MarketWyrm is a fan-made tool and not affiliated with Jagex. We can't help with your game account, bans, lost items, or anything that happened inside RuneScape itself — that's Jagex support territory.
